Hi Daniele, my suggestion would be to connect with a production company and get in as a tech. Most FOH/MON engineering jobs come through relationships with the artists/band and/or PM/TMs. One way to build and cultivate these relationships is going out as a tech with the production supplier and doing a great job. Clair has offices in the UK as well as Solotech. There are also great regional companies like Adlib and Entech. All these companies are supplying for tours. I would start there.
